STEP 2. Find skulls around the map that are on signs above buildings. The order in which you find the skulls spell out GHOST.

IW released the Heavy Duty game mode a few months into Ghosts in direct response to the fast ttk complaints. HD raised health to around 150. Exactly 7 people played that mode after a few days, so IW killed it and concluded that the fast ttk complaints were a vocal minority.
